«ليلى» موقع يساعدكم تختارون وين تروحون الليلة في الرياض: مطعم وقهوة ونشاط قريبين من بعض. يديره سعود عبدالعزيز سليمان الموسى، وهو المسؤول عن بياناتكم في هذا الموقع.

الخلاصة
- ما نطلب منكم اسم ولا جوال ولا بريد، وما فيه تسجيل حسابات.
- ما نستخدم موقعكم الجغرافي (GPS).
- ما نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) للإعلانات أو التتبع.
- ما نبيع أي بيانات لأي جهة.
وش نجمع
١. استخدام الموقع (بدون هوية). عند استخدامكم للموقع نسجّل اختياراتكم داخله: الأحياء والمزاج واللغة، والأماكن اللي اقترحناها أو اخترتوها، وضغطاتكم على «الخريطة» و«اتصال» و«الموقع» و«رايحين هنا»، والمشاركة والحفظ والبحث عن مكان. كل هذا مربوط برقم عشوائي يُنشأ في متصفحكم (مثل: s8k2j4x9ab) ولا يدلّ على هويتكم.
٢. الملاحظات. إذا أرسلتم ملاحظة نحفظ تقييمكم (جيد/عادي/سيئ) ونص الرسالة. نرجو عدم كتابة أي معلومات شخصية فيها، مثل الاسم أو رقم الجوال.
٣. إحصاءات الزيارات. نستخدم خدمة Umami لإحصاءات عامة: عدد الزيارات، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، والدولة، والصفحة اللي جيتوا منها. Umami ما تستخدم الكوكيز ولا تحفظ عنوان IP.
٤. سجلات الاستضافة. مثل أي موقع، يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة (Netlify) بيانات تقنية تشمل عنوان IP لأغراض التشغيل والحماية.
٥. على جهازكم فقط. نحفظ في متصفحكم اللغة اللي اخترتوها والليالي اللي حفظتوها والرقم العشوائي. اللغة والليالي المحفوظة ما تُرسل لنا.
ليش نجمعها
- نحسّن الاقتراحات ونعرف وش ينفع ووش ما ينفع.
- نعرف أي الأحياء تطلبونها أكثر عشان نضيفها.
- نعطي المطاعم والأماكن أرقاماً مجمّعة، مثل «اختار مكانكم ٣٠ شخصاً هذا الشهر». هذي الأرقام ما فيها أي بيانات تخصّ شخصاً بعينه.
- نحمي الموقع ونضمن إنه يشتغل.
مع من نشاركها
نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللي يشغّلون الموقع:
- Netlify للاستضافة.
- Supabase لتخزين سجلات الاستخدام.
- Umami لإحصاءات الزيارات.
خوادم هذي الخدمات قد تكون خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، ونستخدمها وفق ما يسمح به نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
لما تضغطون على رابط خرائط جوجل أو واتساب أو موقع أحد الأماكن، تنتقلون لخدمة أخرى وتطبّق عليكم سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة فيها.
كم نحتفظ بها
- سجلات الاستخدام والملاحظات: حتى ٢٤ شهراً، ثم نحذفها.
- الإحصاءات المجمّعة (أرقام بدون أي رقم عشوائي): قد نحتفظ بها مدة أطول.
حقوقكم
يحق لكم تطلبون الاطلاع على بياناتكم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وتقدرون تسحبون موافقتكم في أي وقت. بما إننا ما نعرف هويتكم، أسهل طريقة:
- امسحوا بيانات الموقع من متصفحكم، ويُنشأ لكم رقم عشوائي جديد.
- ولحذف ملاحظة أرسلتوها، راسلونا على saudalmousa@ask-layla.com مع نصها وتاريخها التقريبي.
نرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً. ويحق لكم تقديم شكوى للهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
أصحاب المطاعم والأماكن
معلومات الأماكن في «ليلى» (الاسم والعنوان والتقييم ورقم التواصل وحساب إنستقرام) مأخوذة من مصادر عامة. لتصحيح معلومة أو طلب إزالة مكانكم، راسلونا على saudalmousa@ask-layla.com.
الأطفال
الموقع موجّه للبالغين، وما نجمع بيانات عن الأطفال بشكل مقصود.

قد نحدّث هذي السياسة، وننشر التاريخ الجديد أعلى الصفحة.

Who we are
Layla helps you decide where to go tonight in Riyadh: a restaurant, a coffee shop and an activity close to each other. It is run by Saud Abdulaziz Sulaiman Almousa, who is responsible for your data on this site.

In short
- We don't ask for your name, phone or email, and there are no accounts.
- We don't use your GPS location.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don't sell any data.
What we collect
1. How you use the site (anonymous). We record the choices you make on the site: the districts, mood and language you pick, the places we suggest or you choose, and your taps on "map", "call", "website" and "we're going". We also record shares, saves and searches for a place. All of this is linked to a random ID created in your browser (for example s8k2j4x9ab) that does not identify you.
2. Feedback. If you send feedback, we keep your rating (good/ok/bad) and your message. Please don't put personal details in it, such as your name or phone number.
3. Visit statistics. We use Umami for general statistics: number of visits, device and browser type, country, and the page you came from. Umami uses no cookies and does not store your IP address.
4. Hosting logs. Like any website, our host (Netlify) keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
5. On your device only. Your browser stores your language choice, your saved nights and the random ID. Your language choice and saved nights are never sent to us.
Why we collect it
- To improve our suggestions and learn what works and what doesn't.
- To find out which districts people want added.
- To give venues combined numbers, such as "30 people chose your place this month". These numbers contain no data about any individual.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers that run the site:
- Netlify for hosting.
- Supabase to store usage records.
- Umami for visit statistics.
Their servers may be outside Saudi Arabia. We use them as permitted under the Personal Data Protection Law.
When you tap a link to Google Maps, WhatsApp or a venue's website, you leave Layla and that service's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
- Usage records and feedback: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Combined statistics (numbers with no random ID attached): may be kept longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Because we don't know who you are, the simplest route is:
- Clear this site's data in your browser, and a new random ID will be created.
- To delete feedback you sent, email saudalmousa@ask-layla.com with its text and roughly when you sent it.
We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Venue owners
Venue details on Layla (name, address, rating, contact number and Instagram account) come from public sources. To correct a detail or have your venue removed, email saudalmousa@ask-layla.com.
Children
The site is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The new date will appear at the top of the page.
